Data Deletion Instructions
Customers, staff users, and authorized businesses can request deletion of information associated with Takeoff Clinic or Takeoff OS through the process below.

How to submit a request
Send a WhatsApp message to +971 52 328 8478. State that you are making a data deletion request, identify whether it concerns Takeoff Clinic or Takeoff OS, and describe the account, conversation, or information involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification
Before acting, we may request enough information to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to make the request for the relevant business. This protects customer and business records from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
The request is reviewed and applicable information is deleted, restricted, or de-identified where appropriate. This is a reviewed request process; this page does not represent that deletion is automatic or immediate.
Information that may be retained
Some records may need to be retained where required for clinical, financial, security, dispute-handling, or legal obligations. When deletion cannot be completed in full, access may be restricted and the requester will be informed as appropriate.
Platform access removal
An authorized business may also request disconnection of its supported platform integration and deletion of associated Takeoff OS data. Disconnecting an integration does not alter records that Meta or WhatsApp retain under their own terms and privacy practices.
